Has improved but has a way to go. Workers are friendlier than they used to be but they still run out of a lot and have issues making quality orders. They are always quick to fix any mistakes though and the manager has good customer service skills.
Great food, excellent customer service, wonderful dine-in atmosphere!!! Love the staffs here. Kudos to all of you working here!
Absolutely amazing experience the manager Rene answered the phone when I called I had some questions about coupons. He answered them quickly incorrectly and had my meal almost done by the time I got to the drive-through if there was a way to give more stars, I would.
I only go to DQ for blizzards and it's always hit or miss on quality. I guess it depends on who is making the blizzards at the time I go.
