Qdoba Mexican Eats - Collinsville

My experience at this restaurant was average. While many people may appreciate this style of cuisine, the flavors were not to my liking. I could taste the healthy components in the sauce, but it did not align with what I know as traditional Mexican food.

This restaurant has declined significantly. The last few times I've ordered, it has taken a long time to receive my food and every order has been incorrect. Today, I placed an order at 10:56 a.m. and only received it at 11:21 a.m. When I checked my bag, my burrito was missing. I tried contacting Qdoba for a resolution, but they only replied once saying they were too busy to respond and never followed up. I used to be a loyal customer, but they have lost my business for good.

My partner bought me a burrito that I took two big bites of before realizing it was undercooked and pink on the inside. The burrito was also half the size of the ones I've gotten from Qdoba before. I was already disappointed.

I have never seen that the employees prepare food as slow and lazy as the workers at the location collinsville. every time I come to pick orders they don't start it up to 10 minutes after I arrive independent of the pick-up time and it's amazing how slow the pace they work on is

It pains me to say anything negative about Qdoba because I love that food normally but this thing about they can't put shrimp on the press and they threw out food in the trash it upset me quite a bit they should have told us in the beginning that they couldn't put shrimp on the Press
