Feedback gevenIt appears that the entire family is involved in running this restaurant, with the mother as the manager, who comes across as very unpleasant. Customer service is lacking, and the food is often incorrect, cold, and poorly presented. It seems as though the dishes have been mishandled.
I waited at the drive-thru window for 25 minutes, only to receive cold food. The manager on duty, Joey, was quite rude when I asked why my food was cold after such a long wait. The crew was standing around chatting. By the time I got my food and left the drive-thru, it was crowded.
I ordered a double combo with chicken nuggets at this restaurant. My wife requested honey mustard, but they did not have any. My burger only had a small piece of tomato the size of a 50 cent piece, a piece of wilted lettuce, and no onion. Both meals came with cold fries, but at least the frosties were cold. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food for the price of $23. I will not be returning here to waste my money again.
Ice machine was leaking 3 ft to 6ft around the entire machine, which also had no ice and no soda!! 4 outta 5 trash cans were completely full! The guy that did the front service was trying but he needed some help and asked a manager twice and I still did t get my order correct!! There were 5 workers back there and o ly 3 cars in drive thru!! 2 managers there Included!! WOW!
What’s the point of ordering online when I still have to wait 15+ min for my food but others who walk in get it right away
