Drive thru. Person on the mic... Needs an English class. I ordered a 10 pack. Asked for mustard and catsup because they do not put it on for you. Got 10 packs of mustard and one pack of some kind of sauce. It's a drive through, you should not have to pull over to dress your food. You're driving! All in all, sliders are always good.

Ordered in the app to pick up in drive-thru. Arrived with 1 car in front of me. Sat in drive-thru 23 minutes to get my order. Actually had to tell them what I ordered when I got to the window and they still got my order wrong. To me honest this was my first experience where my sliders had no flavor to them at all. Fast food isn't so fast anymore and the customer service is non existent. I rarely do fast food for this reason. It's no longer convenient. It's more of a hassle.

We wanted chicken rings,so your staff suggested the chicken rings on sale as a add on to our original order. When our order came up. We never got the chicken rings. The minute, we mentioned they'd put the rings in the fryer so we waited and waited. We asked how the chicken rings are coming. They couldn't find them...They were going to restart the order. However, we decided to get a refund and leave.. A real disappointment...The store was not that clean and very poor service .

I was put on hold three times and asked what my order was several times. Some of the staff didn't have their hairnets on. After the 40 minute wait, my wife didn't even get the one item she had ordered. My order was very incomplete.

We stopped late at night after leaving a family function. They had a long line, but got through everyone quickly. Our food was hot the order was correct. Will be stopping there again in the future if we are in the area late at night!
