They are closed and under new ownership. Not sure when they will reopen. Renovations being down now.

I thought this was going to be another bar that serves frozen food. I didn 't wander into the kitchen but if this is a frozen food-joint: they have me fooled. I told The Wife before we ordered that if they don 't serve us a bunch of frozen ****, we 'll come here weekly We split the Zucchini Fries, she had the rubbed boneless chicken wings, I had a Veggie Wrap that was overflowing with delicious beets and goat cheese. We enjoyed all of them but the kicker to me is potato chips that came with my wrap. I don 't know how you can fake these from frozen to plate. Monstrous cuts of thinly sliced potato fried perfectly. The chips made me feel like they are doing a lot of things the right way in the kitchen. Plenty of good looking options on the menu so we can 't wait to be back soon.

I'm not a fan of this place but knowing who the owner is I would never support this place. State senator who opposes gay marriage, opposed medical marijuana, opposes emergency contraception for rape victims and even opposed restricting access to machine guns by children. Wouldn't give this guy a nickel of my money even if the food didn't suck.

Wilson's epitomizes what a local bar and grill should be! A small,intimate place with decent beer and food menus! Has a PBR kind of feel so I ordered one! Still a pretty good beer! Honey Mustard Boneless Wings were very good as was the Classic Burger! Really enjoyed the house made chips! Our waitress,Sheila,was very pleasant! Just a nice,cozy spot that fits in perfectly in Collinsville!

Good food. So-so tap beer selection. The management allowed a patron to have a dog in the bar (yes, a real live dog in the bar! the door was propped open to allow the cigarette smoke to waft inside. Cute place...they just need to tighten up the environment to earn my repeat business.
