Subway - Colma

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. They have no patience with their customers.

At night, there is only one staff member working and the waiting time can exceed 30 minutes.

The customer service at this restaurant was awful. They did not receive my online order and rudely refused to investigate the issue, even though I had the receipt on my phone. They would not transfer me to a manager and instead just turned away and walked off. This will be my last visit to Subway.

In this location, they don?t have most of the menu, its my second time coming to get the new Pit smoked brisket, but never had it, then please please remove it from your menu so people don?t be bothered driving up there.

This restaurant is decent for a quick meal, but it's just another chain restaurant, nothing special. My favorite dish to order here is the Pastrami with Swiss and all the veggies. A little tip: try asking for oil and vinegar to be added to the meat before they heat it up for even more flavor. They have some tasty secret sandwiches here too.
