Foster's Hollywood Ventanal De La Sierra

Disappointing visit, the food appeared re-heated from an earlier service. Expensive for the quality of the food and the service.

We came here after shopping, around 3:30 in the afternoon. It was a Monday and the place was packed. There were 5-6 host/wait staff working, when we entered there was one party ahead of us. They were seated within minute of us coming in. However, it took two more host to walk by us before another staff seated us. Two hostess worked our table, not sure if that is normal. We ordered guacamole for starter, it was was made at our table so that was great but, it was also a little bland. We waited a while again to finally place our order. After finally ordering our lunch, it took about 30 mins or more to get our order. We asked both waitresses why so long and they explained because the burgers are grilled. The food looked great and was excited to bite into my burger but the excitement ended after I picked up. The burgers are so thick and when the bun is added to the top, it was impossible to fit them in your mouth. Everyone in my party experienced the same. We all had to take buns off and cut the burgers to eat in bite size, which in my opinion defeat the purpose of having the other toppings. And because the burger patty is so thick and they need to cook longer, the meat was extremely dry. So instead of eating a juicy burger with all the topping, we basically ate bite size dried meat and dipped in the sauce provided for salad or fries to give it some flavor. I think it would have been better to have bigger but thinner patties specially if you’re going to have the extra toppings.

The food is great, it's a chain restaurant so the tastes are the same with the other Foster Hollywood's! The service though was one of the worst I had ever experienced, really aggressive for no reason and mean.I will go again to a Foster's Hollywood, not in this one though.

Hemos ido a cenar y todo muy bien,sobre todo la atención de los camareros,en concreto la de Álvaro que es el que nos atendió. Majo y agradable,hace muy bien su trabajo.

La comida estaba muy buena el servicio de parte de Adolfo a sido excelente, super amable gracias por atendernos tan bien
