Baillie Street Merchants - Colombo

Really remarkable. From the moment we entered, we were immediately impressed by the breathtaking interior and security atmosphere of this place. The service level of the staff is ahead of the game. Between our group we tasted about 75% of the huge unique house cocktail list and absolutely excellent was the unanimous verdict of all. Also note was the barrel at the age of Arrack. We have spoiled many of the fabulous dishes here, and I must say that this cook can be one of the best in the country. Certainly the best steak I had in Sri Lanka. Music was on the square and a fabulous mood throughout the evening. If you are looking to impress someone or even a group, this is definitely the place of choice. Let's go!

Go! One of the best bars I was in the world, walk through the Coffee Shop. Quiet, but smart. So make sure that you are appropriately dressed as it is intelligent (they have beautiful coverage ups if you are not! . Super cocktails, great mood lighting, perfect. You need to repair air cones in bathrooms and make lighting softer and then it will be complete London Mayfair experience. Great choice of ghosts.

Amazing restaurant in a cool space. Delicious food. Great hand-crafted cocktails and an excellent, knowledgeable bar staff. Friendly servers. Highly recommended. We went here while on holidays from Sydney, Australia, and this place is as good as many of our favourite restaurants and bars back home.

Super food and cocktails! The interior is beautiful and cozy. The DJ plays in the corner that is simple enough and not overwhelmed to enjoy a nice dinner. I ordered the Sea Bass and it was perfectly cooked. The waiter recommended the Galapita cocktail with a fruity base and it was just amazing! Not too strong, so it's my nice cocktail. Even the appetizers we ordered were very nice. The staff is super friendly and professional. In addition, everything is cheap compared to other similar restaurants in Colombo City. So recommend to all local or foreign visitors to check this place if you want a great culinary experience. Will definitely go back!
