I went to dinner with some of my friends. Actually, Café Ambiente is really nice and we really enjoyed the place. We ordered sandwich sandwich sandwich sandwiches and are good. It can accommodate around 25 people at a time. In a good place. However, there are no private parking spaces; You can park on the street side. Overall we enjoyed dinner with sandwiches and mocktails.

Quality really went down! If the owner reads this, I would suspect that it takes the recommendation on board to return to the old menu. This has also expressed other evaluators. I gave this place first a 5 star based on their previous menu, as you can see below. Unfortunately, they have decided to change the menu by deleting and adding and what terrible idea that was!! This is the best restaurant in Colombo! And trust me that I was with many. I am a health-conscious person when it comes to food, but do not believe that I should have compromises on how to taste good food, otherwise you will simply stop cheating and eating unhealthy. This restaurant ticked both boxes for me, it was healthy and at the same time delicious. I'm on low carb diet and this place for my needs. Healthy food and drink served in a casual atmosphere. The menu is somewhat limited, especially regarding vegetarian dishes. But what was served was great. Parking could sometimes be a problem.

The square is designed by white walls with exposed stones, wooden floor and furniture and artificial plants and flowers here and there. The staff is cheerful and polite. You have to order at the counter and they bring food and drinks very quickly to your table and the prices are absolutely honest, what is all inclusive taxes and service fees where you do not have to pay them separately. They are open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. If you want a snack and want to kill some time, this is the place. Tip: Take a place next to a window and enjoy the view of Beira Lake, a beautiful view in the evening while making your favorite drink
