Taco Bell Horton Place - Colombo

Really loved the service here. Well trained and helpful staff. The tacos were delicious and so were the mojitos. Portions are average but felt that it was filling enough. Clean and well maintained premises with enough parking for most times of the day.

The amount of food that you get for the price is very low. Ordered a chicken taco and chicken burrito. The taco was cold and stiff. The burrito did not have a good filling. The staff and the atmosphere were pretty good, but the food doesn't hold up.

This Taco Bell is nothing like we have back in the states, even neighboring India gets the taste somewhat close. Nothing on the menu tasted like any item from Taco Bell. This is the only country out of the dozen or so I’ve tried T-Bell in that fails. The beef for the tacos, burritos and other items is a hamburger patty cut in chunks with some fat always included. The wings lacked any flavor The only decent think about them was the vanilla shake, but even then it was sad. Taco Bell should either pull out of this market, or send reps from headquarters to see just how sad the state of the taste is here.

The ambience and decorations for the season was perfect! Loved the colors and the vibe it gave us. Felt like the quality of the food served has gone down over time, and the salsa given for the nachos were ice cold. Enjoyed the chocolate milkshake. Overall an okay experience :

We came here for the first time after the covid 19 pandemic. It was in Horton Place, Colombo, near the main road. There is plenty of parking. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. The food is of exceptional quality and extremely tasty. The prices are affordable. The best dish for me was a quesadilla filled with devilled chicken. It has a creamy texture with a super cheesy flavor, and when combined with devilled chicken, it's really delicious. We'll definitely go back. It is a very welcoming and amazing restaurant to be in.
