Subway - Colona

I visit this restaurant once a week, and the two ladies who usually work the evening shift are very pleasant. However, during my latest visit, one was absent, and her replacement was incredibly rude. I'm not sure if she was called in on her day off, but it was clear that she didn't want to be there or to serve customers. When I asked for just a small amount of lettuce, she put an enormous handful on my wrap. When I mentioned that it was too much, she simply scooped it off my wrap and tossed it back into the bin. I'm starting to think that a job in customer service might not be the right fit for her.
