Applebee's Grill - Colonial Heights

The rib eye steak was cooked to perfection and the chicken Alfredo was delicious. The delivery service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

I typically order the same dish, but today's experience was really disappointing. The grilled chicken in fiesta lime was burnt, the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks tasted old, and the tortilla strips were stale.

The dish I received was not what I had ordered. I asked for a strawberry salad but there were no strawberries in it, and I was still charged for it. The chicken wontons only had chicken and coleslaw in them. Overall, I was disappointed with the food.

Food was pretty good. There was no celery with my wings and no marinara sauce with my cheese sticks. But as per usual there, poor service makes the headlines. I keep trying to give them any chance but the dont do much to deserve it! :

We dined here on Monday evening and Wednesday night primarily because there weren't many options nearby. The food was tasty, and I ordered this dish.
