The service was excellent this time. Last time we had to leave because it was too cold outside and they wouldn't adjust the temperature. This time, the service was great. Breakfast and everything else we ordered was perfect. It seems like there must be new management in place.

My friend and I went to this restaurant and were told there might be a wait, but we were seated right away. It was a busy Friday, but we were promptly attended to. Our waitress, Ariyanna, was very friendly, along with her trainer. They helped us with our order as we were not familiar with the menu. The food was excellent and the service was still good despite the rush. Considering the current situation with the virus and low staff, they performed admirably. Give them the benefit of the doubt!

We were immediately seated, but it took 30 minutes for our appetizers and drinks to arrive. After finishing our first drinks, it took another 20 minutes to receive refills. It seemed to be due to a shortage of staff for the number of tables each server had. Despite the longer wait times, the food was excellent. They even added Grenadine and two cherries to my Dr. Pepper. Keep up the great work with the limited staff at Bdubs!
