Scrumptious! I ordered the 8 Big Italian on my first visit today and it is so so good! First of all, they start with a high quality bread that is substantial enough to contain all of the fillings, and doesn't become soggy from the mayo and oil and vinegar added. It is dense but springy, and has a good chew factor (yep, that is a thing). It truly was packed with thinly sliced ham and meats, a good provolone, crisp lettuce and onions, and ripe tomato slices. I could not believe how quickly I had my sandwich in hand the moment I spoke, a young man began assembling it, and by the time my card was swiped and I'd been given my receipt, it was wrapped and ready to go. Next time I am craving an Italian sub, I will skip my local Italian restaurant in favor of Jimmy John's!
