Tokyo Hibachi Express

You guys have a great business and I am appreciative for it. Low cost, good quality food with friendly staff. The kind lady behind the counter treats me kindly.

All the flavor of a Japanese steakhouse, at a reasonable price! I got Shogun 1, filled, chicken and shrimp. Great value for the cost!

Good price, good food, but... Order ahead and add at least 10min to the time they tell you.

A normal chicken Hibachi ordered. Wait over an hour. Observe 4 different customers come, place orders at the counter and get their food before we finally get without food. It's not the first time this happened. I tried to talk to the lady in the register to ask where our food was, but she looked at me, gave a customer who came in 15 minutes before his meal, then went to the kitchen. We're gone. Eating is good, but what? the point if you never get it? Never again.

See everything for the update I can rate?t She got the food oasis?t waiting for an hour and half and already paid. Everyone here is frustrated. This is our first time here and it will be the last time it is good or not. 10/14/2022 So I will update this review after giving them two more attempts. It may take a bit to get your order, but not as bad as the first time. We tried several Hibachi places and the food here is really good. I feel like I'm a bit hanging
