The Colonsay Pantry

I didn't try any savory dishes at this restaurant, but they do have a few vegan options such as jacket potato and a ciabatta on the menu, which is currently available online. My friends decided to have the chips, but I found out they are cooked in the same deep fat fryer as non-vegan items like fish. Unfortunately, they had run out of vegan cakes when I visited. The location is nice, with friendly staff and a good selection of postcards and gifts. There is outdoor seating available under a gazebo and in the garden, as well as indoor seating. You definitely need to make a reservation because this restaurant is extremely popular, and now we understand why! The food is fantastic. Gavin is one of the chefs, and there is also a chef who is vegan herself. This establishment is a must-visit if you are fortunate enough to be on this beautiful island. They offer a three-course vegan menu with three choices for each course. It truly feels like heaven on earth. Thank you.

I have eaten twice here, during our short break to this beautiful island. the equipment and the food are great. we had the longest we've ever seen! the chef is a very talented man and the whole staff was beautiful.

Delicious and very accommodating for people with food intolerance. they made me gluten-free fish and chips and I ate it too fast to get a photo of it. they are also dog-friendly, which is such a plus.
