Best sushi spot in town! I'm a regular, and the sushi is consistently excellent. Hiro is the chef here, and I highly recommend sitting at the bar to chat with the chefs. Just mention my name, Taylor, to Hiro, and he’ll ensure you have an amazing experience. Be sure to try the rolls and sashimi—you won’t be disappointed! I make the drive through the city just for this sushi place. The prices are very reasonable. I give it a solid five out of five stars!

This is one of the best sushi restaurants in Colorado! As a sushi enthusiast, I can confidently say that the sushi here is fantastic. It's always fresh, served at the perfect temperature, and the rice is just right. The hibachi experience is enjoyable for the entire family and the food is delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've dined here at least a dozen times and have never encountered any issues. Highly recommend!
