Applebee's Grill - Colorado Springs

We had to track down a server to ask for service, but once they arrived, they took excellent care of us. They don’t accept reservations and it can get quite busy during dinner, so I recommend arriving early if you want to avoid a wait!

The food and drinks were decent, but not the best; you get what you pay for, I guess. Our server seemed a bit unprofessional and tried her best, but after pulling a long hair out of my mouth, I completely lost my appetite. I requested a new burger, and while I understand mistakes happen, I was surprised when they only offered a 30% discount on the burger—not on the entire bill or even a complimentary burger, just about $4 off of an almost $12 burger. Overall, we hoped for a better experience. Unfortunately, we’ve learned that we won’t be returning to this Applebee's.

I typically don't visit Applebee's, but since our group chose to meet there, I thought, why not? I'm so glad I did, as I had forgotten how tasty their food can be! I went for the 2 for $25 deal, which caught my eye. I ordered the boneless wings, Fiesta Lime Chicken, and the riblet plate. I probably won't order the riblet plate again, as the bones made it a bit cumbersome and there wasn't much meat on it. However, the wings were fantastic, and the Fiesta Lime Chicken was absolutely delicious! I remembered enjoying it the last time I visited Applebee's, especially when it was one of the few places still open.

Bartender here was creepy and had great energy! super fun and energetic, white the menu plus up-sale, which add a dozen garnel for $1 with each steak plate wins in my book. the food was delicious and perfectly cooked so that my visit was excellent. I'm back at happy hour specials and a Sirloin asap?

My husband and I try this place couple days ago. It's been a long time since last time we had it and wanna try it again. We decided to dine-in, server wasn't to welcoming and friendly. He served our drinks, served our food, THAT IS IT. He didn't even bother to refill our drinks nor ask how was the food. Same thing with other tables that he handle we got the same treatment. Our food was served warm. I had the Mac and cheese with tenders I RECOMMEND TO NEVER order this dish, such a waste of money. Sauce needs more seasoning, the one I had only had a little sauce not even enough to coat the pasta, WAY TOO BLAND. My husband had the ribs which is alright. Server forgot to even serve our side dish and never got it.Never again, we are so disappointed that we don't wanna come back. Waste of money...Also, the FOH is not busy, dine-in was slow we got there around 9pm and our server tall skinny guy is to busy chit-chatting with co-workers. If you have time to talk to your coworker maybe you can do the same to your customers. Just saying..
