Feedback gevenI ordered mozzarella sticks and didn’t receive any marinara sauce. Seriously? It’s shown in the menu picture! I also requested a side of pepper sauce but didn’t get that either. I went through the drive-thru, so going back wasn’t worth the trouble. It’s really not that difficult—just do your job properly. This kind of carelessness is frustrating. It feels like robots could do a better job than some of the staff. It’s no surprise that automation is taking over jobs. I paid $36 for what felt like an $8 experience, and it was awful.
My order was missing half of the items, which left my family really upset. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I couldn’t get my food right away, and when I returned to let them know what happened, the doors were locked. The level of customer service from both the staff and management was dreadful. I wouldn't go out of my way to help this place, even in an emergency. I hope your holiday season is as disappointing as the service we received.
If you order the poppers, definitely dip them in the bronco berry sauce. I also tried the Diablo dare burger; it wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be, but it was delicious nonetheless. The fries, on the other hand, were extremely hot!
On top of Colorado's already high sales tax. This place has included a 3.5% tax by the land developer. Then to get food poisoning. Lost everything I had eaten an hour after. NEVER AGAIN!!!!Food: 1/5
There’s not more than 2 decent truck stops in town and this Arby’s can’t even be open for breakfast. Drivers need decent food in the morning too.
