Always enjoy Arbys for a quick meal, but when I went through the drive-thru the evening of 29 April around 8pm-ish, I have to say the young man working the headset and window (with the radio voice) made for the nicest and most polite experience I've ever had in a drive-thru

This Arby's was clean; floors, tables, drink area,even the windowsGreeter was pleasant. When asked about the fish sandwich review he had answers down to the type of fish! So I ordered the fish meal. It was pretty good.The crew work as a team. I had my order in less than 2minutes and it was fresh, crisp lettuce, bun was in the shape of a bun, unlike Mc D......which was normally smashed. Crinkle fries hot and salted just right. There's only one thing. I ordered a shake, which was yummy. But the straws Arby's provide are too narrow and impossible to use on the shake. I still gave this Arby's 5 ?

Very surprised with the bad reviews. I had to wait a while for my food, and the employee that brought it out was so kind, and included one of each cookie they had. He had great customer service and definitely seemed to care about his customers!

I like arby's 9 pieces premium nuggets with their honey and a cherry sales on the side. good witness. faster and friendly service. not complaining.
