The customer service here is the best I've ever experienced, with each employee going above and beyond. The food not only looks fantastic but also tastes incredible! Having worked at another sushi restaurant for a few years, I set my expectations high, but this place exceeded them. I will definitely be back for more! Thank you!

What a delight! The sushi here was exceptional, featuring a great selection of vegetable rolls that were perfectly crafted. The presentation was beautiful, with the shrimp artfully arranged, enhancing the overall dining experience. The price for the sushi rolls is also very reasonable. The atmosphere was inviting, with a lovely waiting area, and I had no trouble getting a table. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Also, I heard they make their own sauces, which seems likely, as the soy sauce was expertly balanced and flavorful.

We went to Dozo for lunch based on the online reviews and it did not disappoint. We had great food and service! Don't let the exterior fool you. If you want fresh sushi in Colorado Springs this is the place!

The wrapping was crispy and well-crafted, unlike many places that use thick, chewy wrappers that can be either soggy or overly fried. These were fresh and clearly made with care. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy, making it a fun place to dine. The waiting area features a large library, creating an inviting ambiance that encourages you to relax and hang out. We met the owner, who was very kind. We can't wait to return and introduce this gem to our friends!

Recently, a friend and I took us to Dozo. Our only regret not to come here earlier! It was delicious! We thought our favorite place was in the north, and Dozo might have changed our minds! We made a reservation that I recommend, especially if you plan to be there on weekends. There is a small waiting area with seating and you are immediately welcomed. The whole team there was very friendly and efficient. We started with a bottle of the recommended Cabernet Sauvignon and the chili garlic edamame. So crazy good and great spices on her! Oh, and you have a cup of soup. It's delicious! We had a few rolls, pieces and a hand roll. Because in a locked state everything was fresh, tasty and very well done here. The presentation itself is worth coming back. The sushi was a kiss! We'll be back soon! Definitely my kind of place and atmosphere. Happy eats my food and until the next time! @platedforkim
