Big Deal Burger - Colorado Springs

The burgers we received were not done properly and were burnt.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I wanted to order dinner for my boyfriend today. I went in and asked for the El Fuego Burger, and both workers looked at me and said they don't sell any burgers at this place. So my question is, why does Big Deal Burger have the same address as Dicky's? That was a waste of my time.

I ordered a couple of burgers for delivery while in town for a family gathering. The burgers were huge and we couldn't finish them all. The fries that came with them were also delicious. Thank you.

This Dickeys does not have the Burgers or anything on the Big Deal burger menu available

I ordered food from this restaurant through Grubhub and was extremely disappointed to receive a burned and rock-hard hamburger. This level of service is completely unacceptable and lazy when it comes to serving paying customers.
