Billy's Old World Pizza

Billy's was a wonderful choice after a long day of driving! While they no longer offer a buffet, it’s a beautiful setting for enjoying quality time with someone special. The deep-dish pizzas do take around 45 minutes to prepare, but if you order appetizers, the timing works out perfectly. We never felt rushed; dishes were served at a nice pace, allowing us to savor each part of our meal without feeling overwhelmed.

All I can say is that this place excels in customer service and their deep-dish pizza is incredible! First, I want to thank the older gentleman who took my order (I didn’t catch his name). He was handling everything—taking orders, answering phones, preparing food, cooking, and serving tables! This was my first time trying deep-dish pizza, and I must say, it was incredibly tasty and delicious—super cheesy and quite hefty, haha! I had always avoided it because it looked too much like bread. I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and bacon, and I even added black olives. Oh, and by the way, another customer ahead of me suggested I try the deep-dish, and I’m so glad I listened!

When it arrived, it was just perfect. The crust was amazing—crispy and crunchy on the outside, with a delightful texture on the inside. The sauce was again spot on, and the cheese was just right. It was definitely the best Chicago-style pizza we've ever had. I highly recommend Billy's pizza to everyone! Thank you, Billy, for making our Valentine's Day so special! I apologize for only having a photo of the pizza; we devoured it before I could snap a picture!

This was my first time, and I have to say that I want to come back!! Although it was like a man who led the whole thing, the waiting times were quite short and the food was amazing. We have the garlic cheese bread as an appetizer and it was hot, fresh and delicious!! Soon after the completion of the bread our pizzas came out and the cheese was stretchy and hot, with the sauce and herbs on the pizza all melt together to a fragrant and delicious experience!! The man who runs the restaurant was the owner I think and he was incredibly friendly and attentive, though he was so busy. He did his best to welcome us, review us and get us refills, and make us welcome in general. We didn't finish our food, but he gave us good stable boxes to take our food home and was certainly helpful to make sure we were all set up. I highly recommend visiting this amazing restaurant and trying their pizza. I personally ate pizza in Italy and this place sent me back there, it was so good!! Your secret sauce and pizza are just incredible!!

Awesome pizza! Thin or deep dish! And Jim is a very nice guy. In my opinion, this is THE BEST pizza in the Springs, The freshest ingredients, never skimped on... cheesy goodness... made by people who obviously love what they do. Just go... go now... don't wait, cause you're missing it!
