Feedback gevenHad some car problems in the drive thru. Cars were able to go around me. It was taking some time for my mechanic to show up. So I let the manager know that I might be here after closing. Dude was so cool about the whole thing. He seen that I wasnt able to get anything to eat. He asked me if I wanted to order. He went inside and came out with a mystery bag and drink that someone ordered but didnt pick up. That was above and beyond. Man to man. Human to human. I will always come to a place like that. Where its not all about the job. Love this BK. Thank You Burger King
Ive never had this happen at a business before.. ever. But they literally stole money from me. I went here and ordered a 3 dollar snack and found out I was charged over $20 bucks when I got home. I returned the following day to get a refund thinking nothing of it and I was told that it couldn't be done because the manager on duty didnt have access to the register. And literally said they could not do it and to wait for a GM to resolve it within the next 2 days. Ive tried calling to no avail. This just isn't right. A mistake was made and it should be corrected. Its not that much money or worth it to keep fighting for the money they stole from me so at this point all I could do was leave a review. Please consider giving your business to a different location or getting something else. At the very least make sure that they have charged you for the correct order before leaving.
Won't give bad rating the restaurant has great food and love coming here. Just had to post my drive throw experience today. I eat at BK 3 to 5 times a week, order almost the same burgers and always get hala poppers with a side of ranch. I asked for my ranch today and was told I had to pay for it. That's bad service and is not something I find at BK. Please change your dip policy's because I should not have to pay for dip on an item that requires dip to eat, that's like saying I have to pay for marinara when I buy cheese sticks. That's not right
Olivia just made my morning. The lady is the most polite and wonderful person I have met in a while. Thank you for the smile Olivia. After the eye surgery it was a blessing.
I waited to ca down before I posted this. What is the problem here? I live around the corner and find it convenient to come here. When you let me order ice cream, I wait behind 4 cars, and then get to the window to tell me the machine doesn't work, I got mad. Yes I did. I come the next week and you're closed because the system is down, your tweeky Little whatever is yelling from his car rudely that the system is down. Also while person on speaker is stating the same thing. I know that stuff happens. Everytime I come here I leave disappointed. The lack of any kind of emotion from your employees must be a training method. I don't know. The food is never that great but I try because it's so convenient.
