Feedback gevenTerrible customer service.. I was waiting to order for about 10 minutes. As I'm pulling out I see someone in there and at the register!! So I pull back around. NOTHING.. I don't care if maybe they were closed early. All the lights were on and everything so the least he could have done was acknowledge me and tell me they're closed. And if they are closed there shouldn't be someone in there getting paid to do nothing. Absolutely ridiculous
Last night, we were looking for a late night dinner and decided to hit Burger King. Pulled up to the drive through window and sat there for about 5-6 minutes with zero acknowledgement from the staff. Drove off and went to Wendy's across the street. As I left I saw staff inside the restaurant milling about, but there were no customers I could see in the restaurant. The food at Wendy's sucked (see other review), but at least they paid attention to the drive through.
Waited 10 minutes before I even saw anyone at the front counter. Then ordered and waited 30 minutes for my food while others that ordered after me got their food.
Staff here has always been great. Their ice cream machine is down a lot. Everything else as expected!
This was our first time at this location and it will be our last time. We went inside to order to go and waited at least 10 minutes just to have our order taken. There were only two customers in front of us, but they were obviously understaffed because one of the other customers had to ask for help several times before she could even get anyone 's attention. After we placed our order, we then waited another 20 minutes to have it filled. At no time did any employee offer an apology for the wait or even a thank you. When we got home, one of the Whoppers we ordered was missing the hamburger patty. What?! Who makes a hamburger with only cheese, onion, and the condiments. No meat! What a joke of a restaurant.
