Carl's Jr. - Colorado Springs

The Western Bacon Cheeseburger is absolutely amazing—it’s almost the main reason I visit Carl's Jr. It features bacon, cheese, onion rings, and BBQ sauce, and all those flavors combine perfectly. If you find yourself at Carl's Jr, you must try the Western Bacon Cheeseburger; you won’t regret it!

It took quite a while to receive my food, and unfortunately, I ended up with the wrong burger. I felt completely ignored in an empty lobby. When I finally got assistance, the cook continued finishing their prep work before handing over my food. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to simply ask for a refund.

I visited the drive-thru to pick up my order, and it's consistently accurate and fast. It's nice to know you can get a burger at any time. I haven't encountered any issues and plan to keep coming back.

I ordered the steak and egg burrito. It was good but halfway through the burrito before taking another bite I realized there was a piece of plastic wrap in my food. Not enough concern for food safety. Employees need to be careful when opening packages and using plastic near the food that is being prepared. I could have gotten sick or something had I eaten it.

I literally stopped eating Carls Jr altogether because of this location. The staff here is either always rude or passive aggressive (aside from one of the male employees on staff , and they are always out of something (like “regular size beef patties” . Also definitely don’t order anything online from here either, you’ll just get some random assortment of food.
