Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle location in Colorado Springs is always slow and has the worst service. They always mess up orders placed through the app. I had to wait a long time for my salad only to find out they had run out of dressing. I had to eat my salad with a spoon, which shows how disorganized they are. The pico de gallo was also extremely salty, making it impossible to enjoy my meal. I can't wait for the new location in Interquest to open, as it can't be any worse than this one.

Wow! My wife and I were shocked when we walked into this restaurant. The entire place was dirty and every empty table was filthy. Despite the conditions, we decided to order our food. The two employees who served us were rude, inattentive, and seemed like they didn't want to be there. When my wife asked for queso, the guy begrudgingly scraped a small amount of cheese into the bowl and then shouted for more as he passed it to us. At the cash register, the other unhelpful employees didn't even acknowledge us and gave us our total without offering any drinks or chips. When we asked to add drinks, they forgot to include them in the total, leading to more inconvenience. We also asked if someone could clean a table for us, which resulted in eye-rolling and a lackluster cleaning job. Frustrated by the poor service and quality of food, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. This was the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I used to love Chipotle, but I will never return to this location. The management should be ashamed of the poor conditions and service.

I had a great quick lunch at this restaurant. The kitchen and dining area were clean. I ordered the carnitas bowl, which was very filling. The prices were reasonable and in line with what you would expect from a standard Chipotle restaurant.

I've never been in a restaurant and saw a series of people waiting to order their food because the restaurant essentially comes to a stand still, because all the staff in the facility are cleaning and no employee serves customers. this happens during the hours of operation. I do not understand how the cleanliness of the operation and its operation cannot be maintained at the same time.

Not too bad! I had a chicken and beef burrito bowl and it was about how a Mexican food chain should taste I guess. With so many more authentic places here in the springs, I will not be coming back but the food was not bad or anything. A bit overpriced for sure. There are just much better options out there in my opinion.
