We love this place! It is great for a special anniversary / celebration or a girl night out. The food is always excellent and the service is some of the best we have experienced in a restaurant in the Springs. The cook gets it right every time! My husband and I celebrate our anniversary with dinner at Cowboy Star every year for the last 3 years and their attention to detail makes it so special... a red rose at the table, a personalized card, etc. Until dinner: the oysters are incredible and always fresh. If you order a steak, make sure to add shrimp – they are just as delicious as the steak! We love the cauliflower and the Brussels sprouts. Seasonal salads are delicious and their coffee is the best way to finish the meal! You can also not go wrong with an ultimate burger and a Sangria for a girl night. Overall rating of this place 5 stars!

The best steaks in town at this price class. Great portions of everything. This place serves the most beautiful porterhouse I've ever seen (my girlfriend and I couldn't finish it) and there are several menu items I've never seen elsewhere offered. I ordered the spicy margarita and chocolate chip bread pudding and both were much better than I had imagined. This place is really schnazzy, and everyone works hard to maximize the experience. One of my new favorites after just one dinner.

Our first visit and we had a wonderful meal. We made reservations for our anniversary and they went beyond and beyond to make the night special. Rose at the table, map of employees, personalized menu, and everyone who helped us is a happy anniversary. The food was wonderful to finish. The service was impeccable. Everyone said a great meal and we'll be safe again.

Food and service is excellent! Overpriced. Eat before you go because it'll take hours. You will bring out small surprise apps to help you hang up until the food is ready. It's really good. Here is the closet/space in which they set us up. Plastic bucket with your $100 steak? No, thanks.

*Exquisite* but (fairly) expensive, is the summary. We had the bacon appetizer (highly recommend), Rib Eye (with Bearnaise sauce) New York Strip (with Chimichurri sauce), with Taragon Mashed Potatoes Brocollini Everything was perfectly cooked, with deliciously rich complex flavors. Among the best steaks I 've had the pleasure of eating. Reservations recommended! This is a very popular hotspot Expect a crowd at peak times. The dress code is relaxed formal, or a little fancy . The atmosphere is warm and luxurious, with a welcoming yet professional vibe. For two steak meals including sauces, an appetizer and bottle of champagne, we came in right on $200 And it felt like money very well spent.
