Fazoli's Italian Food - Austin Bluffs Pwky

Wasn't long with a Fazoli and I'm not sure why. The food was full, hot and delicious. I have the baked Ziti with two bread sticks and a side salad. Perfect amount of food. For hours. Service was excellent. Have fun again.

That was a great experience today. It was clean quiet and bread sticks were still free as in the 90s. Alex went far beyond and beyond, and if he is not at least an assistant manager, he deserves to be.

We came to dinner last night and it was really busy. The crew at this point seems to have good control over quality and taste. It took a little longer than expected, but we were happy to wait as we had delicious bread to keep us. Our server Kayla was very friendly and made us feel we are important. It was a nice feeling back in a normal restaurant environment. We're definitely coming back. Thanks for the great family time

I come here for the delicious baked spaghetti and love it. But the last time I was here, the person who took the order was somewhat rude and forget to give us our desserts. We had already gone home before we knew that they knotted the bags closed, then we had to go back and show our reception, but they finally gave us our desserts.

The staff was really friendly, the food was great, and the price was very reasonable. My order was originally charged wrong (I was undercharged), because they didn't catch that I wanted the more expensive version of the meal I ordered. They added to my meal and did not charge me. The portions were much larger than I expected. And they gave me 4 breadsticks, when I thought a meal only came with 2. I was very happy with the service, as well as how quickly I received my order.
