Fire House Subs - Colorado Springs

This is the first time I was in fireworks. Customer service was great; Ali helped me. I enjoyed the decour and love to know that part of the proceeds go to help firefighters save lives. Very cool! Thank you.

If your order is wrong, although you are the only family in the restaurant, you know that you have gone to the wrong place. Staff need training. *Update We tried again, it was a much better experience. The food was good and the staff was nice. Update my 2 star rating on a 4.

My boss and I are eating together five to ten times a month. We went to the firehouse twice. The second time we went to the Academy and it was more fun today because of the staff. The team engaged customers with conversation. They worked hard and fast to serve us. Give these guys the Teamwork Award. Ali was the manager

The interior of the restaurant is clean, the staff is always friendly, and the subs taste like what Firehouse Subs suspects to taste like. There are really not many others that you can ask from a Firehouse Subs.

Only reason a 5 is because the person that I ordered it through didn't listen apparantly!!! But VAN he made sure the second order was done right!!!! VAN your THE GUY !!!! I appreciate it so very much.... It was a simple ham with tomatoes, pickles and honey mustard....... NO lettuce NO Onion... Which those was on the first one ugh.. But VAN did it right I went back and ordered a second one to go .. It was so very good thx so much VAN !!!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK VAN .... Tell him that's for me if y'all go and he's working ....
