Firehouse Subs Austin Bluffs

I had a birthday celebration in the Firehouse app. Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and was welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the veggie sub on white bread, sat in the dining area, and savored the most delicious sub sandwich I have ever had. I will definitely be returning to this place in the future and will be bringing some friends along. Thank you for making my day so wonderful.

I recently discovered this restaurant that offers gluten-free rolls. While they cannot guarantee complete avoidance of gluten contamination, they use single-use paper for the subs. I decided to give it a try, even though I usually prefer not to eat out of the house and expected a hard, dry roll. To my surprise, the roll was soft and delicious, with sauces that helped prevent any dryness. I ordered the turkey ranch sandwich on a gluten-free roll, and it was more than satisfying. My friend ordered the firehouse steak and cheese sub and large drinks, and we were both very happy with our meals.

Ian took our order quickly and accurately, which was a first for Firehouse. At the end of our meal, he made sure to confirm our order details and even placed our receipt in the pocket. Overall, the staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and cool. Give Ian and Peachy a raise!

Love the gluten free sub. I wanted sweet tee, went by, saw it was empty, so I let the dame know they (the dame in dark blue hemd) tells me sorry and that they were busy, they think that they hardly opened maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but I say okty so goes by and I started thinking it brewing, I wait a lil bit sandwiche we got the roasted, we say gluten free? She says nothing went over, I don't know what she was going on with the other women and still didn't say anything. I have waited for them not to come back, so I am as if we were suspected that I saw on the tee on which my own saw that the lid was up, so I was gone to get something and see that it looks so weak, like water with a bucking tee color, I guess that they used the same bags from yesterday, so I pour it out and get root bier. I didn't think women were really interested anyway. the lady in the light blue hemd tried to take what looked like her soap dispenser from the wall with a spatel. when we left the dame in the dark blue hemd, we said a good day, so we told her to do the same. love these gluten free subs although yummy, it was perfect thx y’all!

Just ordered 2 sandwhiches, had to repeat my order over and over. Asked to have them toasted and was told they are all toasted. Get home and neither ate toasted and my turkey bacon ranch was missing the bacon. Not worth the price. 3 people working with one customer, me and apparently one online order and can't get it right. Called to com ok lain and no answer.
