First Watch - Colorado Springs

Our server (whose name I can't recall) offered us coffee and water and took our orders as soon as we were ready. The food came out hot and was absolutely delicious; the potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. My dietary restrictions (dairy-free) were easily accommodated, and our birthday coupon (buy one, get one free) was accepted without any issues. I highly recommend this breakfast spot!

The staff here is fantastic—very attentive and efficient. The food is outstanding and matches the menu descriptions perfectly. I always choose the elevated egg sandwich and the morning meditation drink.

My mom and I had a fantastic experience with outstanding service! We really enjoyed the food! My mom ordered the pumpkin pancake, and I ended up eating a lot of it after I finished my omelette and potatoes. Those were the best potatoes I've had in a long time!

Delicious food, top notch. I thought it would be expensive but it's really not too bad honestly. 10/10.

Cool little cafe. The staff was friendly and attentive.I had the Trifecta pancake, eggs and sausage. The pancake was fluffy and yummy. The eggs and turkey sausage were also good. I also had a Morning Meditation with an immunity boost from the juice bar. It was so delicious. I also had the opportunity to taste the kale cucumber juice which was also very delicious.
