Five Guys - Colorado Springs

A group of five of us visited what used to be one of the best spots for a good burger and fries, but since COVID, both the food quality and service have significantly worsened, especially here. During our last two visits, it took over 40 minutes to order and receive our food, which was of subpar quality. On this most recent visit, every selection from the soda machine tasted terrible! I'm not sure what needs to change, but something definitely has to improve. I won't be returning to this place anymore.

I would give it a solid five, but my experience has been inconsistent. I usually enjoy a juicy burger, but the one I had last time was tough. I've visited about four times; the first three were good, but now I'm hesitant to return because the prices feel quite high. It seems a bit unfair since they don’t include as many fries in the bag as other places do.

The restaurant has a distinctly American vibe, making it a fantastic spot for enjoying a straightforward burger that many love. The place is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They serve some of the best burgers around, and their fries and milkshakes are always excellent. The way the sunlight hits everything creates a truly uplifting atmosphere—it's almost a spiritual experience.

Five young guys were great. they can cost a decent big burger for a reasonable price. I ordered the small speck cheeseburger and it cost over $10.00 and the patty is so thin now everything I could taste, the brot and toppings. very disappointing that this is what she has done. the fries are usually really good, but tonight they were drowned too much salt!

My friend and I were craving burgers and fries and decided to grab a bite at Five Guys. I've been to other locations and my meal was always tasty and satisfying. Unfortunately last night at this location our burger meat was so crunchy and tasted so charcoally? It was not great at all, I couldn't finish my burger because it was so hard and the patty was very thin. I paid so much money here and I didn't even get to enjoy my cheeseburger. Definitely not coming back.
