Their food was mediocre but their professionalism and people skills were lacking. They have no regards for their customers and act like they’re always right. Been here a few times and had the same experience every time

Absolutely the BEST vegan bbq I have ever tasted!! I was able to score a Crunchwrap and some loaded tots, Never in my life did I think I’d have a vegan meal that delicious. Just writing this makes me want another. I plan on trying one of their famous burgers next time and best believe I’m bringing my friends! Thank you so much Green Machine for the most delicious meal I’ve had out!!

I have been coming to the Green Machine Grill ever since I found them right here on Happy Cow. They are an amazing group of people who always are friendly and ready to serve me up with the best vegan bbq in the country. I’m addicted to their smokehouse burger right now. I can’t get enough of it. It’s seasoned to perfection topped with pepper jack cheese, bacon, and all the fixings. It is smoked to perfection. Their Q-bobs are to die for. It is pure bliss on a skewer. It blows my mind how absolutely phenomenal they are. I highly recommend trying those too. Fair warming! lol They sell out fast. I know because I’ve gotten there too late and missed out on supreme deliciousness. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. It’s all vegan heaven.

I asked the vendor how they make the burgers, the reply was that they use impossible burgers and “spice them up”. This was definitely the opposite of my experience. There was no seasoning or flavor to the burgers at all, besides a powerful smoke flavor. Very very bland and overpriced. Hopefully they can improve their recipes to make it worth the price.

The people in Colorado must be starved for good vegan food, some of the suggestions I received before booking my trip were horrendous (not going to name names) but this food vendor made up for everyone else. My boyfriend and I shared the prickly pear chicken sandwich and the bacon burger and wow, finally some delicious food. The prickly pear sandwich is something I wish I could eat everyday for the rest of my life. The sauce was so yummy and the texture of the chicken was really perfect. The owner(s we’re really really nice when I let them know that their food put every other vegan place in town to shame. Seriously don’t bother with any other restaurant (besides The Joint Vegan Food Truck) and the green machine! Best places by a mile. Thanks for the yummy food!
