Hacienda Colorado - Colorado Springs

First.. do not go here if you are looking for a real Mexican food experience (at least compared to the other reluctances in the area). If you want a good meal, and a wide selection of salsa's and sauces... you can really go wrong. I think the negative reviews are a little hard. If you have children. Children's meals are very valuable. Eating is decent, atmosphere is chain is nothing but that would stop this to a bad place. In fact, I like the sauce and salsa variety.

The manager, Johnathan, handled my complaint regarding an incomplete order. He was very polite and took care of the issue effectively. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. It deserves five stars and more!

I've been here since 9-11 times. I still have to be disappointed. Each menu is very tasty and every Margarita is super tasty! I would recommend this restaurant for a Mexican cuisine.

Overall, I had a good experience. I ordered the combination plate, and while the cheese enchilada didn't quite impress me, the chile relleno and beans were outstanding. I appreciated the variety of sauces available. The food was served promptly, and the service was excellent.

Best Mexican in COS!! The salsa had flavor, not just a tomato taste, and the chips were light, not thick! The shrimp fajita was delicious, and the waitress brought out 3 different sauces to try. The server was excellent, and the patio table was worth the wait!!
