Ihop - Colorado Springs

Decent ihop, eating was good. the pancakes are really cakes, but still good. when they ask, they give them the strawberry, blueberry and pecansirup. her system was down when we went so that they only accepted cash or held a copy of her card. the place was just ok, it could be much cleaner and more beautiful, but whatever it is just an ihop.

Breakfast with my friend tom who had thrown his car at a car repair place right behind him and had a great colorado omelette with a few hash browns and the waitress was fantastic, it was a small amount in him and it was just a waitress and she was circumvented with all with professionalism and enthusiasm and only a big smile face. they are good friendly people there with good food.

While our server was acceptable while our eating sat while she counted her tips, another male server with his pants went to be halfway down, and nothing except Spanish was spoken in public and loud. I have no problems with Spanish speaking employees, as I am also restaurant manager and understand, but in the very public area it can make customers unpleasant. my sister and I had 2 egg comb w/2 pancakes and it was $36 and it was room temperature. no manager before location. not my best experience.

This IHOP in Colorado Springs at 1 am was surprisingly good. There were about 8-10 tables occupied. The food and service was good. There was only 1 server, 1 buyer, and as far as I could tell, only 1 Cook on duty. The service was good, food hot and cooked just right.

Went there around 8:30, not busy at all. Just 3 of us. There were tables that sat with dirty dishes on them from prior to us getting there for over 20 minutes of us being there and there was food on the bench at the table we were sat at.We each ordered a meal, all of them came out not hot almost cold. Two of our orders had chocolate chip pancakes as part of the order we got one with chocolate chips stuffed in after they were cooked and one without chocolate chips. Asked for chocolate chips and was given the pancakes back with a few chips pushed into them. Bacon was hard to eat, all food was almost cold. Asked for an order of toast, it took 2 times of asking and over ten minutes to get it. Worst trip to get food in a while.
