Twice in order I ordered the delivery, and both of them were called and said they had no driver available to deliver my food. this is their whole business model and they can't do it. I was called both times when I expected my food to be delivered. never order from them again.
Jason (manager) was amazing and very customer service oriented. He was pleasant, had a great attitude and smiled. The reason I'll definitely be back!
For 4 meals it was over $50! They didn’t have bread for regular size sandwiches for some reason and so we had to change our order but they still charged us the same amount. We sat and waited for our food in the drive through for at least 15 minutes and when we got home to eat we discovered there was cheese on both of the sandwiches that we specified no cheese at least 4 times! Huge waste of money! Don’t go here!
I hardly ever leave reviews, however boyfriend and I ordered food on 05/30. That night son got sick, next morning I was sick, then that afternoon boyfriend got sick. I called to warn them something is wrong, even stated “I’m not looking for anything in return. I just want to give you the heads up.” From the manager I was met with “sorry but I stand behind my food and products” I never stated it was because of the food, it could’ve been handling. I think it was a poor way to handle the situation. It should’ve been “I’m sorry we’ll look into it.” I probably won’t get JJ’s again b/c I don’t want to get sick again. However I’d be wary about ordering from this location.
