Kfc - Colorado Springs

When they decide to go to kfc. my advice would be to drive a bit further or extra mile. All the others are super dirty. but this place was so clean! food: 5/5

I spoke to two different employees by the loudspeaker and was not sure if the first guy ever listened because he seemed in a partial conversation with someone else in the inner. the food was not ready at the window and I had to get up to the parking space in front to wait. parking needed new color was not sure where the lines were to park and others either parked or they could not see the lines. I have kartoffeln and coleslaw as the side that come with my meal, but it was not to eat with silverware with so choices were to try without eating and with food to drive over me or wait until it became much cold to eat or throw it later because I was on the run, why I had to eat in this night on the first place. was not happy at all. I was hungry and spent my food fund for the night and did not get a decent meal I had chosen for myself.

Kfc until they fix this problem. I will be my reposting that is always erased, charging people less quality than pet food is pathetic. fixes the nightshift staff. service and quality of food is disgusting. if they can make changes in evaluations, they will change their employees. the personal is very rude. random business hours, doors close to 8 o'clock personal is cleaning up to 6:30 o'clock with dirty gloves and touching vitals. from the huh, how? the lack of professionalization does not exist at this place. a 3 year old baby could be better than what a catastrophe, this place is pathetic. kfc rents clowns to play on city roller on parking from 6:30 o'clock and stops eating.

Cody was rude from the beginning. I asked if they would have come and he said that yes was shredded, then I asked if I could get something on my chicken sand, what and he said very rudely no. he gave us soggy and half a drink. when I asked for more soda in the drink he continued to put his finger in the drink. we asked for a completely new drink, only because he did not give us a new one until we had asked a second time and when he made the new one that he had kept and so there was outside the kelch. I would not want to have this person working in my institution, who treats people so. I didn't drink my drink or eat my food because I was afraid something was done with it.

This location has been giving me hope for KFC, there's a lot of bad reviews in the past but the past 2 times I went they gave me fresh popcorn chicken with actual meat in it(my usual). So I tried something different, I ordered a 4 piece combo meal and the meat is great!! They gave me my extra ranch, butter, honey, and a spoon for my mash potatoes n gravy. The biscuit is hot! I'm pregnant and have been experiencing morning sickness since 4am! If the food was bad I'd probably cry lol, but it was amazing, I called and let them know I appreciate their effort! They made me really satisfied, it's given me hope for fast food(KFC) especially since friend chicken fast food is so limited in the springs. Don't forget to thank them!
