McDonald's - Colorado Springs

Waited in line for 10 minutes to be told their system is down when they literally took two orders before the next three cars(including mine). constantly have excuses for not being able to serve a loyal customer that 's been eating McDonalds for years. So disappointing

This location is always horrible. I 've come here several times both because of location convenience and to try and give it chance after chance and each time it disappoints. The employees here are SO RUDE. They constantly talk back, give attitude, and clearly do not care about their jobs. There have been multiple times where I am on one side of the dual drive thru lanes and although I am the only one there, I sit and wait while other cars pull up after me and get their orders taken. 3-4 cars go by and when I ask why my order isn 't being taken they say it 's because they 're behind on orders, which would make sense if they weren 't taking orders from the other side of the drive thru. Today I purchased a kids milk for my daughter and they forgot to give it to me. When I asked her for the kids milk she asked for my receipt. Once I handed it to her she said you didn 't order a kids meal . I said that 's correct I ordered a kids MILK she then tried to correct me and said well you tried to say you ordered a kids meal so that why I was confused ..... I told her no I did not: I said kids milk .... That doesn 't change the fact that she didn 't give it to me in the first place.... I am going to stop coming to this location. I would rather drive farther out of my way than be treated like that by the employees. What happened to the customer is always right? Especially when we are actually right....

This mcDonald’s is always slow in regards to the drive through. I have waited in line for an hour and a half. What’s the purpose of it being a fast food restaurant. Seriously understaffed. Especially after midnight. They do not wear gloves when handling your order( you can see this through the window) As a DoorDasher I highly recommend you don’t order from this location at night because it takes 30 minutes to an hour just for us to pick up your order.

Absolutely the WORST fast food I've had in a long time!!! To add insult to injury.... The employees had the nerve to be rude to me when I told them my food was incorrect. I'll take my business somewhere else.... No problem.

Says they are open 24 hours, we came through this morning at 4:00am to eat before the International Hill Climb and the employee we saw on duty actively hid away from the drive through to not have to take our order. We waited at the speaker for several minutes, with no answer, before pulling forward. Submitted mobile order we had to cancel. We tried calling the restaurant with no answer. Based on the food reviews for this location, I’d say bullet dodged. Do not recommend.
