Osae Sushi Ramen Bistro

This is a nice spot with excellent sushi and ramen. While it could benefit from more plant-based choices, it’s still manageable. It has a cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe, but the food makes it worth dining in. I particularly appreciate that their ramen offers several authentic broth options, adding some variety to your meal.

This place is an absolute must-visit! The staff is outstanding—extremely attentive and quick to serve. We waited less than five minutes from being seated to receiving our appetizers. It's the ideal spot for lunch! We dined here two days in a row, and everything we tried was delicious. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes you would hope to find at a sushi and ramen restaurant. It brings back memories of the amazing food we enjoyed in Okinawa. Honestly, it's the best meal we've had during our vacation in Colorado Springs.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The sushi was outstanding, far surpassing most other sushi spots in the Springs. The service was prompt and fantastic, and they were very accommodating to my wife by offering gluten-free sauces and options.

As an out-of-towner, I was searching for a well-reviewed local restaurant, but unfortunately, this place doesn't deserve more than 2.5 stars. The food was extremely dry; the teriyaki beef was reminiscent of jerky and lacked flavor. The Mongolian beef was spicier than it was tasty. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. My kids ended up getting Panda Express, and honestly, we should have done the same.

The service was exceptional; the staff anticipated our needs and brought everything we wanted before we had to ask. Every dish was delicious, from the sushi to the rice bowls and even the desserts! If we lived in Colorado Springs, we would definitely be here once a week—it's that outstanding!
