Pizza Hut - Colorado Springs

Excellent service. The lady on the front noticed that my pizza was not made right before she gave it to me and made it new. Recommend this pizza hat!

We regularly order from this location and typically enjoy great service, but last night was a terrible experience. We placed our order online and arrived 15 minutes later. The young lady at the counter informed us that it would take an additional 5 minutes due to a busy period, which was fine. However, 25 minutes passed, and I couldn't get any assistance from the staff. I eventually had to walk through the lobby to get their attention, and that’s when I saw our order just sitting on a table in the back. By the time we finally received our food, the pizza was cold, the brownie was overcooked, and the wings were not good at all.

Terrible experience. We ordered our food, and it took much longer than expected. When the food finally arrived, half of the extra toppings we paid for were missing. The only solution provided was to heat up some toppings and toss them on the pizza. The customer service was awful.

They corrected our incorrect order and even added more to it. Although waiting to eat wasn't enjoyable, the second round made it worthwhile! I have to give them credit for that!

FOOD POISONING DO NOT EAT!!!!!!-LONG WAIT-COLD FOOD-WRONG ORDER-BAD FOOD-FOOD POISONING-God awful experience. The last time I ordered pizza delivered it took forever. So the next time I order for pick up. No difference waited past the expected time. The pizza they gave me was the wrong pizza. And the pizza was unusually cold for having to wait. The next day my family that ate the pizza got food poisoning. Maybe it was pizza huts plan to lose a long time customer, but overall I felt it was necessary to share as this is the last time I will ever order Pizza Hut. There’s not an option for less than 1 star otherwise it would be in the negatives.
