Rooster's House Of Ramen

Not only to keep the menu fresh and exciting and to change it, but also the owner and the GM are great! It is worth every penny and I love that they listen to customers and do their best to do something for everyone!

Not eating pork or beef is usually something difficult to accomplish at a Ramen house, but chef Mark Henry has chicken and tofu options on the menu. The tofu and coconut ramen bowl was phenomenal! The tofu was perfectly cooked, not too chewy or soft, and the broth was amazing. Mark makes the noodles himself, and they are delicious. Don't be afraid to slurp and splash. This place is super casual, and Mark and his team will happily chat. Ladies, bring a hair tie.

The bulgogi meatballs were spot on brother! So many flavor profiles from the sweet carmel seared exterior to the perfect mix of different meats and seasoning throughout. Man, I could have just eaten them and I would have been good. Then it was time for the ramen. Let me clarify, pork belly ramen. The star of the show. Words, too many to describe this bowl of awesomeness. I 'm a major pork fan and I always say, whoever invented the pig is a genius. In this case, whoever can cook the pig like this is an artist. I give tonights meal a full blown Boom!

I have been wanting to try this place out since they opened and I was not disappointed. I loved the atmosphere and the hip hop vibe made me so happy. The grilled octopus appetizer was outstanding and cooked to perfection. The presentation was great and the food was delicious (try the pork belly). They were out of duck when I went but all the more reason to return and try it later. Our server (I wish I could remember her name) was absolutely the best- friendly, accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be back!

The bowls are incredible!!!! The soy eggs are on point and the octopus is out of this world. Mark's ramen is better than what I had in Japan. An absolute must for any noodle lovers!!!!
