We decided to give this place a try during our trip from the Bay Area in California.

We tried the food at the Saigon Cafe and food was good! Restaurant had a nice ambience right in downtown colorado sources. Service was also good. We would recommend this place.

Family business with good food. I prefer this restaurant over others for Vietnamese foods, including Vietnamese I have eaten in other major cities. Love the combination noodle shell. Try it when you're in town!
