Saladworks - Colorado Springs

Been looking for a good salad place. This unfortunately did not end my search. Loved the look of it and the menu structure but the product just didn't deliver. Lettuce was super wilted and some pieces were inedible. Gotta have solid lettuce if you're a business based on salad. Roasted cauliflower needs to be actually roasted, it was barely charred. Dressing was very good though. Not a bad price point either.

When she returned home, my husband took the receipt and went back to the restaurant to show them. They finally provided the other two salads. We had also requested rolls, but they claimed they didn’t have any. He asked for extra dressing, but was told there would be a charge for that. He pointed out the $7 tip we had left and requested to speak to the manager, who dismissed his concerns by saying it didn’t matter. There was no apology for the missing salads or for the inconvenience of having to return to the restaurant to rectify the situation. You would think they would want to make amends by at least offering some dressing for free. The manager was rude and unfriendly. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues, but I decided to give them another chance, which I now regret. They have permanently lost a customer! We will NEVER return!

This was our first time in. The salad I created here was good but expensive. It might be a better deal to get one of the salad options with a set price and add on or take off? We made the mistake of going in and just started building with person behind the counter. It was our own ignorance but I wished the person helping us could have explained a little better of how it all worked. She was not very friendly. Salad was good but not as fresh as I had hoped.

The ingredients are of good quality but quite pricey. The staff was not very helpful, even when I mentioned that it was my first visit. I didn't receive complimentary bread and had to request it after seeing it offered to others.

Don't order online for pickup. They never received my order. Now waiting over 30 mins for salad! Then they didn't even have the dressing I like.
