Stage Stop Cantina - Colorado Springs

This has to be one of my favorite places ever. Cole slaw is worth it alone just for the drive. Chicken BBQ as per recommended the owner. She wasn't wrong. Delicious. Not dry. Not too saucy. Blackberry lemonade was terrific. I'll be back soon!

The best brisket I have ever tried, hands down!!This is my second time at the stables but the first time I didn’t have time to eat as I had to catch a flight; this second time I MADE the time to eat here and OMG, best decision ever made!After our 2 hour horseback ride we came to The Cantina to grab a drink and lunch, we ordered the Blackberry Sipper and a ginger vodka drink that Eve made for me, not on the menu. We both loved our drinks.For food we ordered the mac cheese with brisket, brisket sandwich and the coleslaw, everything was to die for! Everything was so fresh, tasty, delicious, and I have never had such a delicious coleslaw like the one Eve makes!Speaking of Eve, she is the owner and what a lovely friendly person she is!We were staying at The Broadmoor and the drive was about 35-40 minutes ride, SO WORTH the drive, you won’t be disappointed!!!

We absolutely love this place. The food is glorious, the setting magical.Vegetarian options: They have a tasty egg salad sandwich. Just plan to get a bit messy or eat it with a fork. The coleslaw is unique to this place, and I highly recommend it cranberries and blue cheese are involved.Kid friendliness: Our kids love to go for little hikes while we wait for food/drink.

Drove upon this wonderful Cantina by accident what a Wonderful experience!!! Everyone so nice the food was absolutely delicious! We ended up taking friends back who live in the area it will now be a Favorite! Definitely recommend!!! And again the food speciality drinks were AWESOME! A must stop when in the area!! We drove past this place countless times thinking it was just a riding stable. I am so glad we stopped yesterday. Live music, great food, awesome drinks, and it's FAR away from the city!
