Starbucks - Colorado Springs

Without a doubt, this place stands out as the best due to the exceptional performance of its employees. I visited on Saturday morning at 8:30, and despite the busy rush, I ordered through their mobile app. To my surprise, my order was ready almost exactly on time! I arrived a bit early and spent about 10 minutes observing their operations. The speed and professionalism of each team member were impressive. Having worked in retail for 20 years, I know how to spot a great team, and this one truly excels. I just had to come here and share my appreciation!

The water was diluted, and the drink was pure liquid — very disappointing. I ordered an extra mocha, but instead of that, they added extra mocha instead of extra drizzle. There’s a huge difference!

Too rich for me I would rather go to Dutch Bros. But Starbucks is good

Best Starbucks in Colorado!!! The food is always hot and delicious and my drinks are always full of flavor!! The customer service is above and beyond making sure your taken care of and happy! Thank you all for making my experience amazing! You all deserve a raise ?

This place focuses too much on how quickly they can get people through the line, rather than catering to those who want to order a drink and enjoy their coffee. It's disappointing because I really like their ice cream. Now, I just go to the grocery store and buy their ice cream for half the price.
