Alex did an amazing job during our dinner experience! He was incredibly creative and took pride in making our dishes look even better than advertised. He was friendly and welcoming, kept his workspace spotless, and was very attentive to our specific requests. Everything was perfect! Great job, Alex! Thank you, and we will definitely be back. Management, please give recognition to this talented and dedicated culinary artist!

The only downside was that the store felt a bit cold, and no one seemed to be able to adjust the temperature, which wasn’t ideal on a chilly day. We chose not to dine in because having cold sandwiches in a cold building isn’t the best experience. Oh, and please hurry with those vegan meatballs—I can’t wait to try them!

The sandwich artist was friendly, polite, and efficient. I placed an order online for pickup, and it was ready on time. Parking can be challenging at night, but it’s a great option if you’re looking for dinner on the go.

We often eat in the subway, so we didn't expect this trip to be different. There was a lady behind the counter that led the store, and she was so kind that I had to write a good review. She went beyond and beyond to get us the freshest olives, and made many helpful suggestions. Sam was super friendly. My only complaint is that the tables were dirty.

The food is good and enjoy eating there but every time I order online they always forget ranch, never follow the special request, and I can’t ever tell if it’s toasted or not! Also one of the boys never puts enough spinach. Love the place and the people Especially the Employees but it’s highly disappointing sometimes
