Feedback gevenCome here if you want slow service and you want to go threw the drive thru twice, only to have your order still wrong! Used to be a cheap quick way to grab a lunch. Now might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Never again!
Pulled into the well lit drive through and was greeted by a young man on the speaker. I said just a minute please to which he replied sure, take your time . I was instantly impressed with the courtesy so I ordered and went to the window to pay. As I pulled up the same young man handed me my Baja Blast and complimented Tucker. As he took my money he complimented my tattoos. He handed me my food and change and told me to have a great night. Impressive. Respect is something that a lot of us could brush up on and this kid did a great job. Food was good as well. Tucker was a little bummed because they didn 't have doggy treats at the window but I think he 'll get over it.
We went to this Taco Bell drive through and ordered a bean burrito and 2 tacos. The employees that were there heard the order and confirmed that it was a bean burrito and 2 tacos. They just put the burrito in the bag playing a game to see if we would notice that we did not get the tacos. I know that we should of checked but a simple order like that we didn’t even think that we had too. Maybe with a big order we would of made sure but to make it a game to see if we would notice should not even be when your on the clock serving customers. We did not go back for the tacos and maybe if we did we would not be posting this. This is just an alternative to what happened. I am pretty confident that it was a game being played between the employees to make their day more exciting. That’s all I gotta say about that. Thank you and it is upsetting but what is going on in the fast food serving world. Thanks for reading and have a great day, thank you.
Good, but some of these workers act like extra sauce packs is coming out of their check. Like come on, give me more than 3 for my entire order, and DONT roll your eyes when i ask for more.
I ordered a turdash combo (two supreme crunchy tacos, no sour cream and Mexican pizza add salat and jalapeños, 8 hot sauces on the side.) my sauces and forks were missing. it looked like there were only a few jalapeños upstairs...ok, I'm good with it. I wanted that, but as I started eating, there was literally almost a cup of pfeffer worth inside my Mexican pizza! I couldn't even enjoy it because I just tasted pfeffer! I contacted doordash online and called the load to talk to the manager at 11:20 o'clock (I was busy when my order came and could get on the phone until I arrived home.) her answer to me when I told her, "oh, I'm sorry. "no other answer, no offer to revoke my order, note! her lack of care for a disappointed customer could not have been worse! she sounded very apathetic to say the least. the customer service is a real thing, and her manager lacks in this ability hard!
