The French Kitchen - Colorado Springs

AMAZING!! From the bakery to the cooking classes to the entire staff, this place is phenomenal. I highly recommend to everyone!! I would tell everyone look at the classes, find something that sparks an interest and try it out, you will not bedisappointed. TY TFKCC!!!

Had such fun today in the tartine class! The delightful instructor was thorough and bubbly, the kitchen assistants moved around, checking on things and lending a hand wherever they were needed to keep this fast paced class on track. I made a ham andGruyère tartine with shallot and herb butter and a sprinkle of bacon. With the other half of the baguette, i did a littledessert: hazelnut crème garnished by my instructor with shards of dark chocolate. Needless to say, everything was divine! Thisis a fun, quick class that will take you to Paris for an hour! Looking forward to taking another!

A hidden gem in colorado springs. during the holiday, pre orded food from walmart. they were made of sandwiches. looking for a local coffee shop we found the French cuisine and their amazing. eating, everything we tried was great. the prices seem high, but the portions are large. recommend the strawberry cream cheese tart. next time we're in the city, we'll plan a cooking class from here in our trip.

I don’t have any pictures because I immediately shoveled down everything I bought because it looked delicious. Spoiler alert— it WAS delicious! This is one of the most underrated places in Colorado Springs. Every single thing I ate was baked to perfection and immensely tasty (and I ate a lot). Highly recommend the salted caramel butter queenet, mushroom friand, cinnamon twist, chocolate almond croissant, raspberry chocolatine, apple turnover, TDF croissant, and the Brie Benedict croissant. Honestly, you could get anything and I bet it will be amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient. And the best part is that they sell frozen items so you can get your fix whenever you want! I took a strawberry cake and a 6 pack of chocolate almond croissants back home to Texas and they weee still phenomenal after sitting in a cooler for 12 hours and then popping into my freezer for a day. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try and support an awesome business!

I typically pick up items to take back to Canon City with me always pleased. The preparations are things that I could do but like having someone else do them for me!
