Feedback gevenFinally got to dine in the restaurant, but it was quite a disappointing experience. I had to wait over 10 minutes just to place my order, and then it took another 10 minutes for my food to arrive. Unfortunately, the nuggets were cold when they came. The sign on the door indicates that the dining room is open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but at 12:30 PM, the door was already locked. I really dislike drive-thrus.
I waited nearly 5 minutes to place my order, even though there was no line. When the staff finally came to take my order, all I could hear was them laughing. The meat was overcooked and crispy. The only decent thing was the fries. Food rating: 1/5.
I arrived to pick up my mobile order, but it wasn’t ready when I got there. They kept the doors closed for a while, so I couldn’t even go in to get my order. After waiting in my car through the line, once I got inside, I was informed that they didn’t have all the items from my meal that I had already paid for. It took them 10 minutes to refund my card. I would advise skipping this place at all costs.
The food was good as usual....clean, but the casser was late to get our free chocolate shakes. except that, I recommend that wendy’s. parking: parking was easy. disabled parking available. wheelchair accessible: also wheelchair accessible.
I just left Wendy south NevadaUnbelievable!!! They have cheeseburgers posted for 4.69 when I get to cashier they're 5.69FALSE ADVERTISING.!!!! I would not be upset but for the fact that I stated this and saId YA KNOW YOU SHOULD LET YOUR MANAGER KNOW ABS AND MAYBE THROW IN. SOME COOKIES OR SOMETHINGTHE EMPLOYEE DID NEITHER!!
